Escape the hustle and bustle of the office for the tranquile setting of a Transylvanian castle. You will embark with your mates on a magical journey through a Fairyland of traditional values and untouched nature. THE GROUP, symbolizing the hero will pass through obstacles, demonstrating cooperation and synergy, while THE INDIVIDUAL will traverse a journey into the depths of his self, to discover and bring up his hidden resources. The story-based professional teambuilding service is offered in cooperation with M&Co. Europe and psychologist Dr. Kadar Annamaria.
Step back in time and practice courtly virtues during a knight’s tournament. After a short demonstration of medieval armor and fights you will split in groups and compete for the noble title during several challenges, such as archery, spear throwing or race of the armoured messenger. Finally, you’ll acquire courtly manners while learning renaissance dances, a great occasion to practice coordination within the group, and have fun together.
We recommend closing the day with a Renaissance Feast and have the chances to practice some of the dances learnt during the day.
It’s time for your group to acquire some new skills while having lots of fun! First you will visit some local craftsmen who’ll surely teach you a lesson on passion for one’s work and for things well done. Then, you’ll have the chance to try your group’s skills at traditional crafts. You may opt for traditional gingerbread decoration, furniture painting, wood carving, or directly go for advanced level and make your group’s personalized Szekler Gate. We recommend closing the day with a cauldron & bonfire dinner while doing some traditional Kürtöskalács (Chimney Cake).
Group members will demonstrate leadership while hiking the Wall in the Vargyas Gorge, will practice power of influence and nurture mutual support within the group as they encourage fellow members to do the first step for their abseil. The treasure hunt in the bat-cave is a joyful closing of the day, where the group will work together to find and bring up the most precious treasure.
