“We spent three wonderful days with our team at the Daniel Castle, and we left truly happy with the whole experience. From the first moment, the place felt special. The castle has so much history and character, and at the same time it’s very comfortable and welcoming. It doesn’t feel like a typical hotel, more like staying somewhere unique and meaningful. The team there was incredibly kind, which made a big difference for us. You can really feel that they care about their guests. We also really enjoyed the food: the local dishes were delicious and added a lot to the overall experience. The spa was another highlight for us. It’s calm, cozy, and perfect for relaxing together after a long day. FYI , you can book it only for yourselves in two hour slots, you should consider that, when planning the day. We spent some great moments there as a team. One thing worth mentioning for future guests: this is a more than 350-year-old building, so it’s natural that you might hear a creaking floor or a door now and then, and it doesn’t have modern soundproofing like a new hotel. For us, that wasn’t a negative at all, it actually added to the charm and authenticity of the place. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and created some really nice memories together. We would happily come back again.”

Your stay at Daniel Castle includes an overnight experience in one of our unique, historic rooms, along with a lavish buffet breakfast featuring locally sourced and homemade produce. Guests enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout the property, free on-site parking, and full access to our 3-hectare garden and all public areas. In-room amenities, towels, bathrobe, slippers, and toiletries are provided free of charge. Access to the Cellarium Spa is included for guests booking our Flexible with Spa included and Flexible Half Board with Spa rates. For the Non-refundable with breakfast rate, spa access is available at an additional cost. Additional experiences such as massages, entry to the "1680 Reloaded" exhibition, époque gown rental, various activities, and conference room hire are available for an extra fee.

We recommend booking at least 1-2 months in advance, especially for stays during peak seasons (May-September and December holidays). For special occasions or if you have specific room preferences, earlier booking is advisable. Our most sought-after suites, like the rooms with historic frescoes, tend to book earlier. However, last-minute availability does occur, so we encourage you to check the Rooms section on our website for the most up-to-date options.

We do not operate a regular airport shuttle service; however, we are happy to assist with arranging transfers upon request. Please reach out to us via email, and we will do our best to help. For special experiences, we invite you to explore the Activities section on our website. You are also welcome to share your interests at the time of booking, and we will gladly help tailor a personalised itinerary for your stay.
